Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of websites, mobile applications and related services operated by Z3RO, Inc. ("Z3RO", "we", "us"), including the brands HIGH (high.community), BillZero (billzero.app), CardZero (cardzero.com), eGigs (egigs.us) and FriendsNFlings (friendsnflings.com) (together, the "Services"). Where a brand publishes its own terms, those brand terms also apply and control for that brand. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Some brands require you to be 21 or older; their own terms state this.
SMS program terms
Program: Z3RO account messages, sent on behalf of the brand you are using (for example "HIGH" or "BillZero").
What we send: one-time verification codes when you sign in or sign up with your mobile number, and notices about your account (for example, that content you posted was approved or not approved). We do not send marketing messages through this program.
How you opt in: you enter your mobile number in a brand's app or website and request a code. That request is your consent to receive messages for that purpose.
Message frequency: varies with your activity; typically one message per request.
Costs: we do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opting out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@z3roinc.com.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy: no mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, submit false, misleading or infringing content, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.
Your content
You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant Z3RO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content within the Services. We may remove content at our discretion.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z3RO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
