This Privacy Policy explains how Z3RO, Inc. ("Z3RO", "we", "us") collects, uses and discloses information in connection with its websites, mobile applications and related services, including the brands HIGH, BillZero, CardZero, eGigs and FriendsNFlings (the "Services"). Where a brand publishes its own privacy policy, that policy also applies for that brand.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: such as your name, email address, mobile phone number and anything else you give us directly.
- Content you submit: such as posts, photos and videos.
- Usage information: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed and similar technical data collected automatically.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Services.
- To verify your identity with one-time codes when you sign in or sign up.
- To send notices about your account by SMS or email.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect a mobile phone number only when you provide it and request a message. We use it only to send the verification codes and account notices described in our Terms of Service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who operate infrastructure for us (such as cloud hosting, messaging and email delivery) under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Z3RO, our users or the public.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing above, except where strictly necessary for a service provider to deliver a message you requested.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop SMS. To access, correct or delete your personal information, email support@z3roinc.com.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and some brands are limited to adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
